Terms of Sale

The acquisition of hotelbooking.in (the "Asset") is governed by the following professional protocols to ensure a secure transfer of ownership.

1. Transfer Process

Upon acceptance of an offer, the transaction will be facilitated through an accredited third-party escrow service (Escrow.com or Dan.com). The Asset (Auth-Code/EPP) will be released immediately upon the securing of funds by the escrow provider.

2. Valuation Integrity

Valuation is based on the Asset's age (20 years), exact-match keyword status, and historical data for the hospitality sector. The Seller reserves the right to decline any offer that does not meet the undisclosed reserve price.

3. Finality of Sale

Digital asset transfers are irreversible. Once the Auth-Code has been provided to the Purchaser or a Registrar Push has been completed, the sale is final. No refunds or partial reversals will be permitted.

4. Use of Escrow

All associated escrow fees are to be borne by the Purchaser unless otherwise negotiated in writing. This ensures the protection of both the digital title and the financial consideration.
